In a mixing bowl add warm water
sugar and add yeast and rest for five min
Take a bowl add maida salt oil
and mix it well
Add yeast and add little bit milk
and mix well to a dough
Cover with clink wrap and rest for one hour
For stuffing
Heat oil in a pan add garlic and
sauté it add all the the vegetables
and mix it well Add salt redchilly pow
black salt kasoori methi haldi and add
sugar.mix it well
Add lime juice and mix it well
let it be cool
Now divide the dough into equal portions
Roll them and make a small
chapati with the help of rolling pin
Take one teaspoon of filling in the centre
and make four cuts
And fold it like a rose shape
Place them in a baking tray and brush
them with milk and butter wash
Sprinkle some coriander leaves
and white sea same seeds and
bake for fifteen min at 180c
Serve hot
